W3SCHOOLS this site has a LOT of HTML tutorials. Actually, they also have tutorials for CSS, Java, and Python, but those last two aren't needed for website stuff.
PETRAPIXEL layout generator. the layouts here aren't my style but it's a great tool.

KRITA My preffered art program, lots of nice brushes - both digital and traditional textures - a little complicated but there's lots of informative videos online, you can also just learn as you use it - like me.
NOTE: Krita is not available on IOS!!! Unless you have a PC of some sorts you CANNOT use it on your IOS devices.
PINTEREST You probably already know this one. Good for reference images and making image boards.
